Experiencia fantástica: My stay here was pleasant and relaxing. Eskban at the front desk made sure I had a flawless check-in experience. He welcomed me as a Marriott Bonvoy member, explained the perks of my stay, and was available to assist with anything I needed throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable—I slept great every night. Housekeeping was outstanding; my housekeeper was incredibly kind and went out of her way to keep my room spotless. Even when I requested extra service, she helped with a smile. When I visited the restaurant, Solomon took great care of me. As a vegetarian, I appreciated how he carefully explained the menu and offered great options. His piña colada was honestly the best I’ve had in a long time! He stayed attentive throughout my meal, making sure I had everything I needed. If you get the chance to stay here, I highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be back!

Experiencia fantástica: El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila en el municipio de Sabaneta. Puedes llegar fácilmente del aeropuerto en transporte público ya que en el aeropuerto abordas un bus que te debe llevar a la plaza exposiciones y allí abordar el metro con dirección hacia estrella y bajar en la estación de Itagüí. Cruza el centro comercial mayorca y camina 10 minutos hacia el hotel.

Experiencia negativa: Pésimo servicio. Es la segunda vez que me quedo aquí y siempre me va mal. Hoy no he podido usar Internet. Tengo que trabajar y el.interet es intermitente. Pedí cambio de cuarto a los 15 minutos.. me pasaron al de al lado. Por supuesto nada cambio. No les importa. Parecen acostumbrados a quedar mal. Una pesadilla.

Experiencia fantástica: This hotel is new. The rooms are nice and modern but feel a bit crammed. I like that this hotel is quiet. You can barely hear anything from the traffic. The service is excellent but they tried to charge me a price that was higher than what I booked for, so pay in advance when booking or look out for that. The location is good but not great. Poblado is a better location. The Mayorca shopping center next to the hotel is good, but the Santa Fe and Viva Envigado shopping centers are even better. At the same price, I would rather stay in Hampton by Hilton or Estelar Square in Poblado. I would choose this one if it was $30 cheaper per night than those two. The Marriott in Poblado is a better, but at 3x the cost, this one is much better value.

Experiencia fantástica: Service, Food, Housekeeping was great, no, amazing!!! Overnight Manager was (is) knowledgeable and informative. Great location Clean, SUPER CLEAN. Daytime staff was attentive and courteous. Kudos to whomever decided to hire the staff. Well trained to overcome obstacles as they present themselves in the industry. We’ll be back for sure. Experiencia fantástica: I have stayed at many Fairfield hotels around the world, and this is definitely one of the best. Upon arrival, the staff was very welcoming, and as an IHG Platinum member, I even received a welcome gift delivered to my room. As a joke, I mentioned that coffee wasn’t on the selection list, saying, "We are in Colombia, after all!" To my surprise, 15 minutes later, there was a knock on my door along with the freshly made ice cream I had selected, they also brought me a coffee as a thoughtful gesture. That’s a refreshing change from the usual convenience store junk food or the standard welcome bag with the same generic snacks. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. Breakfast is outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and with a great variety. The fruits are sweet and ripe, and there’s a good selection to suit different tastes. They offer freshly baked mini bread, croissants, and other pastries, as well as handmade cereal cups with different flavors. If you're visiting Medellín, this is definitely a great hotel to stay at. Enjoy your stay!

Experiencia fantástica: Stayed here for 2 weeks. Conveniently located next to Mayorca. Room quality was great, quiet, and the service was excellent! Esteban at the front desk helped me print documents several times, but really the whole service staff was friendly and helpful. I’d recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Actualmente estoy alojada en este hotel, tengo que decir que desde el personal de recepción como por ejemplo el joven Sebastián,camareros y cocineros del restaurante y hasta las mismas señoras de la limpieza ( Me gustaría nombrar especialmente a Monica ) son una maravilla. Increíble, la educación y la amabilidad de todo el personal. Me estoy recuperando de una operación y la verdad es que es increíble la atención de este lugar lo recomiendo totalmente. No le falta ni un detalle, Bueno, si si pudiera decir algo es que en la televisión Smart TV tiene varios canales de todo el mundo casi pero no puedo poner Netflix ni YouTube y tampoco conectar el móvil a la televisión por lo demás es todo súper increíble. Incluido el gimnasio que tienen con su fuente de agua y toallas limpias

Experiencia positiva: The AC has to be turned on, and I'm not sure they have rooms with balconies. They do, however, have impeccable service and an excellent breakfast buffet. The restaurant and lobby are both located on the 6th floor. The hotel is facing a huge mall and is walking distance from the train. The 1st floor is adjacent to a nail salon and also faces a hair salon. Also it is in a tourist area where it is quiet and safe

Experiencia fantástica: This hotel has the best service ever. The rooms are neat and clean and with a modern edge. The breakfast buffet is too die for. I had the opportunity to use the restaurant as well and it was 6star. While the BBQ ribs I ordered were normal, the service that was provided during the meal experience by Jadin was amazing. He was prompt, checked on me often and delivered in everything I ever imagined. I strongly recommend this place and on my next trip to Medellin, I will stay at this place again and again.

Experiencia negativa: Me hospedé en este hotel del 28 de junio al 01 de julio de 2024. Al llegar al hotel me facturaron la habitación, pero según el muchacho “la tarjeta no pasó”. A pesar que les envié el trámite bancario, me volvieron a cobrar la estadía en mi tarjeta de crédito dos días después de haber abandonado el hotel. Les escribí y me dijeron que tenía que hablar con el banco. Que ellos no podían hacer nada

El gym tiene lo necesario para hacer una buena rutina. Si bien está ubicado en la zona metropolitana de Medellin, a pocos pasos del hotel se encuentra la estación del metro, lo que hace muy rápida la movilidad. Además que esta muy cerca de uno de los Mall mas grandes de Colombia, el Mayorca. Realmente muy buena relación costo-beneficio! Muy recomendado!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great hotel! The rooms are modern, clean, and large! The staff is very friendly/helpful, they speak English very well. Daily breakfast is included with your stay. There is a restaurant and bar on site that is open until 11pm. Overall great experience. Location is kinda far from all the action in Medellin and sometimes getting an Uber is difficult. There is a mall across the street with a lot of food and snack options as well.

This hotel advertises a swimming pool, there is no swimming pool here. Distance to the international airport is about an hour by car on a good day. Motorcycle travel is a headache and a safety issue. Exercise caution!
