Experiencia fantástica: I have trained at this gym the past 4 months after training at muay thai and boxing gyms in NYC & Hawaii. I like that they have multiple types of martial arts (boxing, muay thai, jiu jitsu) with different instructors and also good equipment for lifting and working out. It's also in a really convenient location next to Unicentro in Laureles.

Experiencia fantástica: Evolution Center is an absolute gem in Medellin! It's a wonderful place to workout and learn mixed martial arts. I do Muay Thai 3x per week with my kids. The instructors are top notch. We've learned so much from Rene, Rafael, and Sergio. Definitely check out a Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, or Muay Thai class at Evolution Center when you're in Medellin. Evolution Center is family friendly. My kids love it. Plus, there is a cafe and coworking space inside. What a wonderful place!!

Experiencia fantástica: ムエタイ、キックボクシング、ボクシング、テコンドー、ブラジリアン柔術、ボディコンディショニングなどなど、格闘技をはじめとする多様なコースを展開しています。入会費無料なので短期滞在の人でも気軽にトレーニングができます。私はムエタイとキックボクシングのコースを主に受講していましたが、コーチの方は2人とも英語が話せたのでコミュニケーションには問題ありませんでした。コーチの方々の人柄もよく、いつも快活で楽しい気持ちでトレーニングをさせていただきました。またメデジンを訪れた際は必ずここに通います。ありがとうございました。押忍！

The classes are well designed and creative; you get a good workout in! There are showers if you want to take a shower after training and the space is also connected to a coworking space if you want to get to work before / after training! I highly recommend
