Experiencia positiva: I joined for a month. Up $20 since last year. I made the same mistake this year as last. Buy your membership online. Heck of a lot cheaper. All in all not a bad gym. But lacks drinking fountains. And there should be a whole lot more sanitation stations. Gym etiquette is somewhat lacking. Many members don’t care to rack the weights after using them so a lot of disorder.

Experiencia negativa: En su página web el precio es 157.500 un mes, pero cuando preguntas cuanto el costo de un día a su atención al cliente, al ver que soy extranjero me quieren cobrar 183.750 la semana. Con esto demuestran que solo quieren abusar de los turistas.

Experiencia negativa: Overall poor customer service. I am working here in Cartagena for two months and some colleagues mentioned this gym as it's close to my house. I looked it up online and they had a promotion, so I decided to go in and get a membership. I was given a tour and it was an ok gym, not great, but not terrible. I was instructed to sign up online for the promotion which I thought was odd normally there isn't an employee that does this for you.... Someone sales, etc. So I attempted to sign up on my phone and ran into technical difficulties, which did not allow me to sign up. I asked the guy at the front desk what I should do and he basically said that I had to pay the full membership fee, not the promotion I wanted to join. Let me say that it was not about the money, it's about the principal. If you're offering something it should be honored. I asked the front desk employee If something could be done and he spoke with a woman in the corner who I believe is the manager. They had a conversation looked at me. Continued the conversation and then he sat back in his chair and started working. I continued to wait for assistance while attempting to get the website to work. I looked at the woman who was carrying conversations laughing etc. while I was waiting for like 15 minutes. Finally I asked the front desk employee if she was the manager. He said yes, I asked to speak with her. She begrudgingly came over and looked annoyed as I explained the situation. She offered no real solutions, but instead a day pass which I took. After using the gym and experiencing the poor customer service I made the determination to to spend my money elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible Experience at Body Tech Bocagrande in Cartagena, Colombia. I checked in at the reception of Body Tech Bocagrande in Cartagena, Colombia, and paid 342,000 COP for a one-month gym membership while on vacation 30. juli 2024. I chose this center because I believed it would be a high-standard gym due to the high price and exclusive location, but I was wrong. The problems started right after I paid the membership fee; I didn’t receive a receipt and had to follow up for it. Then, the electronic gate at the entrance kept denying me access, displaying "access denied." I thought this was a one-time issue, but it happened every single time I went to train. I received numerous dismissive excuses, but no one intended to fix the gate so I could enter. I had to stand at the reception every time, pleading for help, answer the same questions repeatedly, and then they would open the door manually. To make matters worse, one of the receptionists accused me of doing something wrong during registration when they were the ones who registered me at the front desk. I am incredibly disappointed with the low level of professionalism. They said they could continue to open the door manually as if they were doing me a favor. I still struggle to understand how the staff could spend so much energy explaining why the electronic gate didn’t work instead of just fixing it. If there is any management team in this company, I will provide my receipt information if you want to check that I am a real customer, though I will never return and consider the money I paid lost. Experiencia negativa: Used this gym for a week, my honest review: Pros: -receptionists are nice -gym has all the equipment necessary including an entire floor with cardio equipment Cons: -you’ll never get to use them if you plan on going before 1pm -gym costs about 170,000 COP for the week (no daily passes for those wondering) -requires a passport and you can sign in with a few digits plus finger print -gym is extremely crowded most of the time -members put their stuff on equipment and hog it for 30 minutes doing only 2 sets on the equipment -group of girls always workout between cable equipment and have never done a set, probably still there to this day talking -the trainers hog multiple equipment/benches with their clients and usually have 5 minute rest times in between and swinging weight is preferred -have to stumble over people’s bags and weights across the dumbbell area, kind of like doing tire run exercises -dumbbells section is like playing find the match game, some are across the gym and others are kept by people as if they’re collecting dragon balls and never use them -some dudes grunting across the gym, thinking it was toilet issues I paid no attention to it -personal space is non existent, you are lucky enough to get a bench but good luck to get enough room to use it -gym etiquette went the way of the dodo here All in all it can be a great gym if you plan to only go during the dead times (which is middle of the day or before closing). Reception was nice, locker rooms were good. Giving 2 stars for the gym equipment and staff.

El día de hoy me hicieron ir a una cita para hacerme un inbody , no hubo inbody pues la “Nutricionista es la única que lo puede hacer “ más encima salgo agredida verbalmente por la preparadora física , por decirle que me hizo esperar 20 min. Trato de hablar con la Adm y no me quiso atender. Sale la preparadora física a gritarme en la recepción. No aparece la administradora . Me manda razón después de esperarla un rato para hablar con ella . Que envíe una carta a Bogotá con la queja , que no hay manera de hacer el inbody . Y el respeto ? El servicio al cliente ? El buen trato ? Gravísimo el año pasado tenía una opinión muy diferente a esta . Deben implementar estrategias de servicio al cliente y de organizar los servicios que se prestan de forma que funcionen las cosas, el respeto no es negociable en este tipo de lugares .

Experiencia negativa: Llegué a las 5am para mirar si tenían cobro por día y me dijeron que no y listo, es decir ni se tomaron el tiempo o trabajo de ofrecerme un pase de cortesía y me tocó irme para otro gimnasio y ese fue el smart fit que si lo tiene y cuesta $25.000 Qué mal servicio BodyTech!!!!

Experiencia negativa: They will take advantage of American tourists. AVOID!!! They don't offer a day pass only a weekly pass for travelers. They lied about the price and they charged me twice. After I emailed them and called via whatsapp, they just send automated messages and you can't talk to anyone. The trainers there hog up the only barbell rack for a few hours. so no one else can use it. Terrible experience for foreign travelers. Not sure if the experience is better for locals. They have a sign in process that took FOREVER, almost 45 mins to sign up. Then a finger print system along with your passport number to sign in AND out. ridiculous amount of security for a dingy area who only one piece of BB equipment.

Experiencia negativa: Nunca hay entrenadores para una asesoría Afiliados muy maleducados no respetando los espacios, había unos afiliados entrenando que hacía un ruido con su boca al levantar las pesas algo horrible e incómodo. Otro afiliado que realizaba peso muerto y dejaba caer los discos a toda al piso el golpe retumbaba por todo el gym .. es algo muy incomodo para los demás La verdad es el peor gym bodytech el cual e asistido

Experiencia negativa: El día de hoy fuimos a Bodytech en Bocagrande. Estamos de visita desde Miami por el fin de semana y quisimos comprar un pasa día en el gimnasio. La recepcionista nos atendió muy mal, fue súper grosera. Dijo que no venden pasadia. Pedia hablar con un gerente y explicó que ella no iba a llamar a un gerente innecesariamente. La verdad que es el único gimnasio en Bocagrande con muy mal servicio al cliente y sin flexibilidad para los turistas.

Experiencia positiva: Tiene una buena vista y muchas máquinas, pero siempre está desordenado en el area de las pesas y las mancuernas. Se toma mucho tiempo en encontrar la mancuerna par y las barras las dejan con pesas puestas.

Experiencia positiva: Entrene varios meses allá mientras viví en cartagena. Lo único malo es que en las horas pico se llena mucho y el espacio que adecuaron para las mancuernas es muy pequeño.

The Receptionist, Luis, was very friendly and allowed us to checkout the beautiful 2 story gym overlooking the ocean. It was clean and had newer equipment. The only downsides were, that dumbbells were disorganized and they didn’t have a drinking fountain!! I was told to fill my water bottle in the bathroom sink.. Overall, I didn’t really mind because we both got a GREAT workout for free! Thank you Bodytech!

Experiencia positiva: Easy to find in a Bocagrande Mall. I believe it's on the 5th floor, must use elevator. Mostly machine equipment but adequate amounts of free olympic weights(leg press, bench press, squat racks) in the rear. Take in the nice view of beach and another water area after an intense set with the wide windows. Summer 2022, a visitors pass for a week is 130,000 COP about $30 bucks US. Equates to less than $5 a day. No daily pass only a week pass; only gripe for me. However I had less than a week but found it still a good deal personally. BTW must have some form of ID to sign up. Patient customer associates with my limited Spanish skills. Will return.

Experiencia negativa: Ich hatte mich in Medellin bei Bodytech angemeldet und wollte dann in Cartagena weitertrainieren. Leider hatte ich meinen Ausweis vergessen und kannte meinen Pin nicht auswendig. Anstatt das die "Tagesleitung" sich die Mühe macht im System zu suchen, wurde ich abgefertigt und wieder nachhause geschickt. Lobenswert ist der Mitarbeiter zu erwähnen, der vor Ort mir im Nachgang irgendwie dennoch versucht hat zu helfen. Außerdem scheint diese Studiokette grundsätzlich eine sehr gute Ausstattung zu besitzen (ich konnte ja nicht rein, aber das was ich sehen konnte entsprach der sehr guten Ausstattung in Medellin).
