Experiencia fantástica: Hardcore gym. You can even find IFBB train here. it has rough equipment in bad shape. Guys who go here are knowledgeable otherwise you could put yourself in danger. Most people pick the gym due to proximity. It is crowded even at 7 am. I also go to the MMA gym upstairs which is nice since same location serves two purposes.

Experiencia fantástica: At $10 a week (40 mill pesos) this is just what I needed. Yes, it is as if you are going back to Philly, in Rocky 3, but the equipment (free weights and machines) are there. Would suggest going mid morning as it can get a bit tight in the mid afternoon hours.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a very special gym. The equipment is old school. It's a bodybuilder vibe. The walls have graffiti. It gets pretty crowded at times. It was a special part of the Medellín experience for me. The owner is very friendly. I only wish my Spanish had been better so I could talk to him.

Lo que realmente distingue a este gimnasio es el ambiente de camaradería y apoyo. Desde el momento en que entras, te das cuenta de la buena vibra que reina en el lugar. El dueño es amigable y motivadores. La atención al detalle y la limpieza son evidentes en cada rincón del gimnasio. Si estás en la zona, no puedes perderte la oportunidad de entrenar en este gimnasio. Experiencia negativa: The Owner Alejandor is very friendly and welcoming. The rest of the crowd is not so much. I always felt like an alien amongst the bodybuilder patrons and often there were so many of them that I couldn't work out. Find anothe gym unless you're a Spanish speaking bodybuilder

Experiencia positiva: Old gym and out dated equipment. $40k for a week is pretty expensive. My friend says smart fit membership costs $80k/month. Look elsewhere and see what cost is. This could be due to Gringo price gauging. For example, I pay $40 dollars in US gym per month so his price don’t seem right.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Medellin for the week and needed a good gym to continue my daily routine since the Inntu Hotel 2 blocks away essentially has no gym. I found the gym to have exactly what I need to be able to do my strength training. The gym is very old school but has everything you need to get a great workout. The owner, Alejandro was very nice and knowledgeable. He gave a very reasonable daily rate and is there all the time. The hours are also very reasonable.

Experiencia fantástica: Este gym es excelente, Alejandro te recibe con mucha calidez humana, es un gimnasio de ese ambiente como de barrio que ya no se encuentra fácilmente, mucha variedad de máquinas para bombear son máquinas viejas (es parte de la experiencia del ambiente callejero) pero todas buenas y por esa variedad podes tener una rutina de entrenamiento más amplia, ambientado siempre con excelente música, podes ir a entrenar el día sin necesidad de membresía ni de esos protocolos raros de otros gimnasios o podes pagar una mensualidad. En todos los casos es muy barato.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in Medellin for 5 weeks and needed a gym to keep fit. I was unsure where to go as I can’t speak Spanish and most places not so great with English. But here I felt right at home. The owner of the weights section down stairs and the boxing section upstairs both very friendly and made an effort to talk. The gym is exactly what you need to hit any aspect of training, weights section, cardio section with bikes and step machines, upstairs boxing. 10/10 great environment, highly recommend to any English speaking tourist.
