Inner Spirit Studio

OUR STUDIO IS LOCATED AT THE FOOT OF MONSERRATE IN BOGOTÁ. The Inner Spirit studio is located in Bogotá, Colombia at the entrance of La Candelaria. It has around 100sqm and offers a space for the local and international community of yogis, mindfulness, and meditation practitioners. The classes offered at Innerspirit are for both beginners as well as advanced students and are typically taught in English or Spanish. A diverse set of instructors offers classes in AcroYoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yan, meditation, and many more. We also regularly have a series of workshops and events such as for example Yoga Breakfasts or AcroYoga for children.
